【葡萄酒新書即將入手！】
為了明年的葡萄酒進修課程，我從網路書店購入一些最新改版的技術書籍。不到兩週的時間，包裹已經通過台灣海關，想必法國人也想趕在聖誕節前搞定所有的訂單。
我計劃於2015年秋季前往波爾多參加為期一年的品評課程，除了品評技術養成之外，同樣需要紮實的專業知能。我不是出身理工生化科系，所以在行前必須惡補一番。我訂購的這些書籍，是我所翻譯《葡萄酒的風味》（Le Goût du vin）的進階參考書籍，如果你／妳讀法語，這些書籍是我衷心推薦的案頭參考書。當然，不論是放在案頭，還是床頭，都是非常值得參考的資料。
請別問我何時打算翻譯這些經典教科書，目前談這個問題還嫌太早。光是之前翻譯的《葡萄酒的風味》，就已經讓出版社、讀者、業界其他專家們哇哇叫了好幾年。如今都還有專業人士說，這本書適合放在床頭，一翻開，睡意就來了。

Paul is preparing himself for another challenge in 2015 -going to Bordeaux for a year-long tasting formation.
To accomplish the course, one needs not only practical tasting techniques, but also solid technical knowledge on wine growing and wine making.
I am quite sure that I better go through these books before I set out for Bordeaux, since I'm no farming expert, biochemist, nor a wine grower, for the time being.
And if you read French, I recommend these books as reliable wine references at hand, or at desk. Or at your coffee table, if you like.
